2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Employee lifecycle management, basic HR policy understanding, data management, stakeholder communication (managers, employees).
You're ready to move on when
- You're seen as a reliable point of contact for employee queries.
- You've successfully managed small HR projects or initiatives.
- You demonstrate a good understanding of HR compliance and best practice.

Education / Training Support Role
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Student support, course administration, understanding of educational frameworks, managing learner data.

- You've successfully supported a cohort of students through a programme.
- You're adept at managing administrative tasks in an educational setting.
