- Has a track record of using HR data to identify and solve business problems.
- Actively seeks to understand the 'why' behind HR requests, rather than just fulfilling them.

- Experience in structured problem-solving, client management, and delivering data-driven recommendations in a consulting environment. You'd need to adapt to an internal client model and potentially deepen your L&D/HPT specific knowledge.
