- You've shown a keen interest in employee development beyond just admin tasks.
- Your attention to detail in HR data is flawless.

Learning & Development Assistant
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Coordinating training programmes, managing LMS platforms, supporting workshop logistics, and understanding basic instructional design. You'll already have a foot in the L&D door.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully coordinated multiple training events.
- You're comfortable with L&D tech and can troubleshoot minor issues.
- You've shown initiative in suggesting improvements to learning programmes.

Customer Service / Support Role
1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving for customer issues, managing expectations, and a knack for active listening. These are all transferable people skills.

- You consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- You're calm and collected when dealing with tricky customer situations.
