- Familiarity with our internal systems and data sources, understanding of our company's business model, established relationships with internal teams.

- Positive performance reviews from internship.
- Proactive in seeking out additional responsibilities during internship.

- Deep understanding of financial data, reconciliation processes, ability to work with large datasets, strong numerical accuracy.

- Proven track record of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience with month-end or quarter-end close processes.
- Desire to transition to a more external-facing, market-oriented finance role.
