- A broader understanding of the entire HR function (talent acquisition, HRBPs, HR Ops, L&D) beyond just rewards. You'd need to have owned the full people agenda, including culture and organisational development.

- Proven ability to advise a CEO and Board on a wide range of human capital issues.
