- Shows a keen interest in learning more about C&B strategy and programme design.

HR Generalist / HR Advisor
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Broad HR knowledge, employee relations, basic understanding of compensation structures, strong communication skills, and experience advising managers.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a solid grasp of how pay and benefits impact employee experience and business outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills despite not being in a dedicated C&B role.
- Expresses a clear desire to specialise in compensation and benefits.
- Is comfortable working with HR data and spreadsheets.

Finance Analyst (with HR exposure)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Financial modelling, budgeting, data analysis, attention to detail, and understanding of cost implications. Needs to develop specific HR/C&B knowledge.
