Junior Analyst in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
2-3 years in a conventional DCM role.Skills to master
- Understanding of bond issuance processes, credit analysis, market dynamics, legal documentation for debt products, client interaction.

- Solid grasp of conventional debt products and market mechanics.
- Proven ability to manage deal-related documentation and data.
- A clear desire to transition into Islamic finance, potentially with some initial certification.

Shari'ah Audit / Compliance Analyst
3-4 years in a Shari'ah compliance or audit function.Skills to master
- Deep understanding of Islamic jurisprudence, Shari'ah board processes, compliance frameworks, risk assessment in an Islamic context, attention to detail.

- Excellent knowledge of Shari'ah principles and their application.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- A desire to move from a purely compliance role to a structuring/deal execution role, with a willingness to develop financial modelling skills.
