You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed multiple complex workstreams for large roadshows without significant issues.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems independently and propose solutions.
- Received positive feedback from managers and peers on reliability and attention to detail.
- Proactively identified areas for process improvement within your scope.

Event Manager (from a smaller agency or in-house team)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- End-to-end project management for smaller events, strong vendor management, budget tracking, and an understanding of marketing objectives. You'd need to adapt to our specific tech stack and scale of operations.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed at least 5-10 events independently, including budget and vendor negotiations.
- Proven ability to work with sales or marketing teams to achieve event objectives.
- Demonstrated strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A clear understanding of event ROI and how to measure it.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Adapting project management methodologies to the unique demands of live events, learning our specific event tech stack (Cvent, Marketo), and developing a deep understanding of experiential marketing principles. You'd bring the structure, and we'd teach you the event specifics.

- Successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
