- Strong statistical analysis, data visualisation, and SQL skills. You'd need to pick up specific VoC platform expertise and qualitative data analysis methodologies quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- A portfolio of complex data analysis projects, ideally with some exposure to customer-centric data.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong command of SQL and a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- A genuine interest in customer behaviour and a willingness to specialise in feedback analysis.

- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and qualitative research methods. You'd need to significantly strengthen your quantitative analysis, statistical modelling, and technical tool proficiency (SQL, BI tools).

- Extensive experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, or ethnographic research.
- Strong ability to synthesise qualitative insights and identify user pain points.
- A clear desire to develop advanced analytical and technical skills to complement your CX expertise.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and advocate for the customer.
