You're ready to move on when
- Consistently high CSAT scores in your support role.
- Proactively identifying root causes of support tickets, not just closing them.
- Showing initiative to learn about the customer journey beyond just support issues.
- Being recognised by peers or managers for your helpfulness and positive attitude.

Retail / Hospitality Assistant
1-3 years in a customer-facing roleSkills to master
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customers gracefully. You'll be great at building rapport.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently positive customer feedback or reviews.
- Demonstrating responsibility and reliability in your role.
- Showing an interest in understanding customer needs beyond the immediate transaction.
- Being able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Recent Graduate / Internship
0-1 year post-graduation or 6-12 month internshipSkills to master
- A strong academic record (if applicable), a willingness to learn quickly, good organisational skills, and a genuine interest in technology or SaaS.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of a relevant degree or internship.
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity during interviews.
- Ability to articulate why you're interested in customer success specifically.
- Having some experience with basic office software and a comfort with technology.
