- Has successfully led 2-3 major insights projects from start to finish, including presenting to mid-level management.
- Demonstrates strong analytical rigour and attention to detail, catching errors before they become issues.
- Has informally mentored junior colleagues or new hires, showing a knack for guiding others.

3-6 yearsSkills to master
- Translating technical data science output into business recommendations, developing a deep understanding of customer experience methodologies, and honing storytelling and influencing skills for non-technical audiences.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to build and deploy complex analytical models (e.g., predictive, segmentation).
- Strong desire to apply data skills specifically to customer behaviour and experience problems.
- Demonstrable experience presenting technical findings to business stakeholders and driving action.

- Adapting to an in-house, operational role, building long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, and focusing on sustainable programme architecture rather than project-based deliverables.

- Extensive experience designing and delivering CX insights projects for multiple clients.
- Strong client management and presentation skills, used to influencing at various organisational levels.
- A desire to 'own' a customer insights programme end-to-end and see long-term impact.
- Comfortable with the hands-on data analysis required, not just managing external teams.
