- Proactively identifying and suggesting process improvements.
- Successfully handling high-profile customer escalations.
- Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration with other departments.

5-8 years in a similar role at another SaaS companySkills to master
- Experience in formal or informal team leadership, project management within a support context, and a strong track record of driving process improvements. You'll likely have managed a small team or a specific workstream.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team of at least 3-5 technical support agents.
- Proven ability to set team goals and achieve them.
- Experience with performance management and coaching.
- Strong understanding of support metrics and how to influence them.

Transition from a customer-facing technical role, then into managementSkills to master

- Excellent customer relationship skills and high customer retention rates.
