- Phone etiquette, managing call volumes, following scripts, data entry, working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

- You're comfortable on the phone and can handle back-to-back calls.
- You've used a helpdesk system before and understand basic ticket management.
- You're good at multitasking and keeping notes while talking to customers.
- You're used to working to specific targets like call times or resolution rates.
