- Successfully mentored and developed several agents into higher-performing roles.
- Proactively identified and implemented process improvements within your team.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills during challenging periods (e.g., system outages, high call volumes).

5-8 years in an operational management roleSkills to master
- Transferable skills like budget management, process optimisation, resource planning, and leading teams. You'd need to quickly get up to speed on customer service-specific metrics and systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing large operational teams and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new industry contexts and learn new systems quickly.
