5-8 years in a senior consulting roleSkills to master
- Translating broad industry experience into specific, actionable strategies for a single organisation, adapting to corporate culture, and building internal credibility. You'd need to demonstrate a deep understanding of operational implementation, not just advisory.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple large-scale quality system transformation projects for diverse clients.
