- Successfully managed an environmental P&L of £1M+ for at least 3 years.
- Led a team of 10+ professionals, including other managers, with strong retention and development outcomes.
- Developed and implemented a multi-year environmental programme that delivered tangible business value.
- Consistently presented strategic environmental updates to senior leadership (VP/SVP level).

Head of Environmental Compliance (Large Multinational)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Extensive experience in managing enterprise-level compliance programmes across diverse jurisdictions, including high-stakes regulatory negotiations and crisis management. This path emphasises deep regulatory expertise and risk mitigation at a global scale.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully navigated multiple complex regulatory audits or enforcement actions without significant penalties.
- Developed and implemented a global compliance assurance programme across 50+ sites.
- Demonstrated ability to influence regulatory policy through industry associations or direct engagement.
- Led incident response for major environmental events with C-Suite visibility.
