- Regularly presented to and influenced executive leadership on sustainability matters.

5-7 years at Director level in consultingSkills to master
- Client relationship management, strategic advisory for multiple clients, business development, deep industry knowledge across sectors, thought leadership.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivered large-scale climate strategy engagements for FTSE 100/Fortune 500 clients.
- Managed project teams of 15+ consultants.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
- Recognised as a thought leader in climate strategy or sustainable finance.

5-8 years in previous roleSkills to master
- Integrating climate into core operations, driving behavioural change at scale, P&L management, operational efficiency linked to emissions reduction, large-scale project implementation.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully reduced operational emissions significantly within a large business unit.
- Managed a large operational team (50+ people).
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change related to environmental performance.
- Direct P&L responsibility for a significant business area.
