3-5 years in a WFM roleSkills to master
- Deep expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence management. You'd understand the intricacies of agent productivity and service level attainment.

- Has successfully managed WFM for a complex, multi-channel contact centre.
- Can demonstrate tangible improvements in service levels or efficiency through WFM optimisation.
- Has experience presenting WFM insights and recommendations to operations leadership.
- Shows a broader interest in overall operational processes beyond just WFM.
