- Successfully led multiple £5M+ transformation programmes with demonstrable ROI.
- Built and managed a team of 50+ change professionals (direct and indirect).
- Consistently presented to and influenced C-suite executives on strategic change.
- Developed and embedded new change methodologies across a large business unit.

Senior Partner / Principal in a Consulting Firm
7-12 years at this level before VPSkills to master
- Developing and selling large-scale transformation engagements, managing complex client relationships at the C-suite level, driving business development, and leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed client portfolios generating £5M+ in annual revenue.
- Led transformation programmes for multiple FTSE 100/Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven ability to shape client strategy and secure significant follow-on work.
- Strong track record of thought leadership and market presence.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in a smaller firm
3-7 years at this level before VP at a larger firmSkills to master
- Full P&L responsibility for an entire business, developing and executing corporate strategy, managing investor relations, and leading all operational functions.
You're ready to move on when
- Full P&L accountability for a company or significant business unit (£50M+ revenue).
- Successfully implemented major strategic pivots or growth initiatives.
- Direct experience with investor relations and board presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead executive teams.
