- Leading complex breach investigations, mentoring junior analysts, driving specific service improvement initiatives, and contributing significantly to OLA definition and refinement. You'd also need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeds performance expectations as a Senior Analyst.
- Has successfully led 2-3 significant service improvement projects end-to-end.
- Has formally mentored at least 2 junior analysts with demonstrable positive impact.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates service risks without direct prompting.
- Is regularly asked to present to senior internal stakeholders.

Operations Analyst / Manager (from BPO Operations)
5-8 years in BPO Operations, with 2-3 years in an analytical or supervisory role.Skills to master
- Deep understanding of operational processes, data analysis and reporting, process improvement methodologies (like Lean Six Sigma), and stakeholder management. You'd need to pick up the specific technical tools (ServiceNow, Power BI) and the nuances of contractual SLA interpretation.

- Has a strong track record of improving operational efficiency or quality.
- Demonstrates a data-driven approach to problem-solving in operations.
- Has experience managing or leading small teams within an operational context.

6-10 years in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, with a focus on service performance or operational efficiency.Skills to master
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, experience with complex data modelling, and stakeholder management. You'd need to quickly get up to speed on BPO operational models, ITIL framework, and the specifics of SLA/OLA management and contractual interpretation.

- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Demonstrates a rapid learning curve for new industry domains and technical tools.
