You're ready to move on when

- Successfully built and retained a high-performing team of Innovation Consultants/Architects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Led at least one major innovation programme from ideation to scaled adoption.

5-7 years as a Lead Architect, potentially with some managerial experienceSkills to master
- Transitioning from deep technical architecture to strategic business leadership, developing strong financial acumen and P&L accountability, mastering organisational politics, and building a broad network of executive relationships.
You're ready to move on when
- Architected multiple complex hyperautomation solutions that delivered significant business value.
- Established and governed innovation frameworks and best practices across a large department.
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Developed a clear understanding of the business unit's financial drivers and strategic objectives.

Direct entry, bringing existing expertiseSkills to master
- Quickly understanding our specific BPO operational model, client base, and organisational culture. Building rapid credibility with our executive team and key client stakeholders.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of driving similar P&L impact in a comparable BPO or enterprise setting.
- Existing relationships with key technology vendors and industry analysts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
