- The centre assesses, and Awarding Body for the Built Environment awards. A qualified assessor at the centre judges your evidence, and the certificate comes from Awarding Body for the Built Environment.
This Level 4 Certificate is for individuals working in leasehold property management. It covers financial management, mixed tenure management, customer service, and ethical behaviour within the leasehold property sector. Learners will also develop skills in staff and team management.
