- Understand the different types of tenancies and the requirements of both the Housing Act 1988, and non-Housing Act tenancies
- Understand how to extend, renew and end tenancy agreements
- Understand how to conduct a tenant check in and provide a full inventory report
- Understand the statutory legislation and obligations of all parties regarding the safety and maintenance of the condition of the property
- Understand the procedures, legislation and codes of practice for processing and dealing with client monies
- Understand how to end tenancies
- Understand how to deal with deposits, dispersals and disputes
