You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers accurate test results on time without supervision.
- Successfully troubleshoots common equipment issues and performs routine maintenance.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for minor process improvements.
- Can clearly explain test procedures and results to non-technical peers.

R&D Scientist/Engineer (with testing focus)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding the R&D product development lifecycle, translating scientific hypotheses into testable experiments, and collaborating effectively with lab teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a strong understanding of material properties and failure mechanisms relevant to our products.
- Can design experiments to answer specific R&D questions.
- Effectively communicates testing needs and interprets lab data for R&D projects.
- Shows a keen interest in the practical aspects of test method development.

Quality Engineer (with lab experience)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 17025), audit processes, and statistical process control (SPC).
You're ready to move on when
- Has led internal audits or participated in external audits.
- Is proficient in statistical process control and data analysis for quality monitoring.
- Understands the importance of document control and traceability.
- Can identify and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
