- Independent management of non-critical prototype builds, strong BOM accuracy, basic international component sourcing, initial troubleshooting skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers assigned prototype builds on time and to specification.
- Proactively identifies and resolves minor build issues without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of our PLM system and documentation standards.
- Has successfully managed at least 5-7 complete prototype builds from start to finish.

Manufacturing Engineer (Junior/Mid-level)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), quality control, and production line optimisation. Adaptability to R&D's faster pace and less defined processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to optimise manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving production line issues.
- Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawing interpretation.
- A clear interest in early-stage product development and rapid iteration.

R&D Technician (Specialist)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in a specific technical area (e.g., electronics assembly, test fixture design), but needing to broaden into overall prototype management and international logistics.

- Demonstrated expertise in a specific technical discipline relevant to our products.
- Ability to design and build complex test setups or custom lab equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
