Operations Support / Administrator Role
1-2 yearsSkills to master
- Experience with operational data (e.g., inventory, scheduling, call logs), strong Excel skills, understanding of business processes, problem-solving basic data issues.
You're ready to move on when
- Has a deep understanding of one or more operational areas.
- Has used Excel extensively for data tracking and reporting.
- Can identify and resolve simple data discrepancies.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in moving into a more analytical role.
