You're ready to move on when
- Successfully built and scaled a CRM function in a previous role.
- Proven ability to manage significant marketing technology budgets.
- Experience presenting strategic plans and results to C-suite level.
- A clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a larger, global business.
