2-3 years (post-graduation)Skills to master
- Developing a strong understanding of marketing principles, gaining hands-on experience with various marketing channels, and building foundational analytical skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed rotations in different marketing functions with strong performance reviews.
- Demonstrates a clear aptitude and interest in data-driven decision making.
- Has completed relevant internal training programmes or certifications.

Data Entry/Reporting Specialist (Non-Marketing)
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Strong data manipulation skills in Excel/Sheets, experience with basic reporting tools, and a keen eye for detail. You'll need to learn marketing-specific metrics and platforms.

- Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in data handling.
- Has self-taught or completed courses in marketing analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
