You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering high-quality survey analysis and reports independently.
- Successfully facilitating action planning sessions with positive feedback from managers.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions to engagement challenges.
- Demonstrating strong relationships with HRBPs and business unit contacts.

From HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (with engagement focus)
5-7 years in HR, with at least 2-3 years focusing on engagement initiatives.Skills to master
- Deepening your analytical skills, mastering engagement platforms, and shifting from general HR support to specialised engagement strategy and programme leadership. You'll need to show you can go deep on data.
You're ready to move on when
- Leading engagement initiatives within your HRBP remit, not just supporting them.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of engagement drivers and survey methodologies.
- Successfully influencing business leaders on people-related matters.
- A clear passion for data-driven insights into employee experience.

From People / Data Analyst (with L&D/HR focus)
4-6 years in a People Analytics role, with exposure to engagement data.Skills to master
- Developing strong communication and influence skills, understanding instructional design, and translating raw data into actionable people-centric programmes. You'll need to move beyond just the numbers to the human element.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering insightful people analytics reports.
- Demonstrating an ability to tell stories with data, not just present figures.
- A keen interest in organisational psychology and employee experience.
- Strong collaboration skills with HR and L&D teams.
