- Demonstrating strong leadership in incident investigations and problem-solving.
- Receiving positive feedback on your mentorship and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying and proposing solutions to systemic H&S issues.

5-8 years in Facilities Management, with a strong H&S focusSkills to master
- A deep understanding of operational facilities management, budget control, contractor management, and a solid foundation in H&S legislation and risk management. You'll need to prove you can step up to a dedicated H&S leadership role.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing H&S compliance and performance for a significant property or portfolio.
- Holding relevant H&S qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate, working towards Diploma).
