- You've started to proactively identify issues and propose solutions, not just execute tasks.

Senior HR Analyst / Data Analyst (from another function)
3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Translating raw data into actionable insights, strong SQL and visualisation skills, understanding of HR data structures, and a foundational grasp of business operations.
You're ready to move on when
- You've built complex dashboards and reports that are genuinely used by leaders to make decisions.
- You can confidently pull and manipulate data from various sources using SQL or Python.
- You've shown a keen interest in strategic people questions and how talent impacts business outcomes.

Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst (with headcount focus)

- Strong financial modelling skills, understanding of P&L impact, experience with budget cycles, and a good grasp of headcount forecasting from a financial perspective.

- You've managed significant headcount budgets and can explain variances effectively.
- You're skilled at building driver-based financial models.
- You've worked closely with HR teams on headcount planning and understand the people-side of the numbers.
