- You've shown initiative in identifying and proposing system improvements.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- A deep understanding of HR processes, hands-on experience with HRIS data entry and reporting, and a keen interest in system functionality and optimisation.
You're ready to move on when
- You're the 'go-to' person in your HR team for system questions or reporting needs.
- You've actively participated in HRIS projects or implementations from an HR user perspective.
- You've shown a strong aptitude for data analysis and process improvement.
- You've taken initiative to learn HRIS configuration or advanced reporting features.
