3-5 years as a Senior IMS SpecialistSkills to master
- Leading complex internal audits, managing specific IMS workstreams end-to-end (e.g., CAPA process, document control), mentoring junior colleagues, and gaining advanced proficiency in IMS platform configuration. You'd need to show you can take full ownership of a significant area.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully led at least 5-7 significant internal audits from planning to closure.
- You've independently configured and deployed a new module or major enhancement within our IMS platform.
- You're the go-to person for complex IMS queries from operational teams.
- You've consistently mentored 1-2 junior team members, helping them develop their skills.

Senior Quality Engineer / Manager (External Hire)
8-12 years in Quality Management, with strong IMS exposureSkills to master
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001 and other quality standards, experience with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC), and a track record of driving process improvement. You'd need to demonstrate how your quality background translates to integrated systems.
You're ready to move on when
- You've managed a quality management system for a complex product or service.
- You have experience with external audits (e.g., customer audits, ISO certification).
- You've led significant quality improvement projects that involved cross-functional teams.
- You can articulate how quality principles apply to safety and environmental management.

Senior EHS Professional (External Hire)
8-12 years in Environmental, Health & Safety, with strong IMS exposureSkills to master
- Expertise in health and safety legislation, environmental regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation. You'd need to show how your EHS experience can be integrated into a broader management system.
You're ready to move on when
- You've managed EHS compliance for multiple sites or complex operations.
- You have experience with regulatory inspections and external EHS audits.
- You've developed and implemented comprehensive safety or environmental programmes.
- You understand the principles of an integrated management system beyond just EHS.
