- Developed and mentored multiple individuals into senior or lead roles.

From Head of Quality Assurance (in a smaller/mid-sized company)
5-7 years as Head of QASkills to master
- Scaling quality programmes for a larger, more complex organisation, navigating multi-national regulatory landscapes, and managing a significantly larger P&L and team.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully scaled a QMS to support rapid company growth.
- Managed a full QA department, including audit, QMS, and H&S functions.
- Directly reported to a C-suite executive and presented to a board.
- Proven ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

From Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager/Director
4-6 years in a senior regulatory roleSkills to master
- Broadening expertise to include quality management systems, health & safety, and operational compliance, beyond just product regulatory affairs. This requires a more holistic view of the business.

- Successfully led major product regulatory submissions and approvals.
- Managed complex interactions with key regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Demonstrated strong project management skills for regulatory programmes.
