Lead / Principal, Strategic Partnerships (L4)
2-4 years in L4 roleSkills to master
- Architecting new partnership models, leading 'bet the company' deals, acting as a player-coach to junior team members, and influencing strategic decisions at a functional level. This is a very strong feeder role.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully designing and launching a new partnership programme (e.g., a new reseller channel).
- Consistently closing 1-2 exceptionally large or complex strategic deals.
- Effectively mentoring 2-3 junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Demonstrating strong strategic thinking and contributing to the overall direction of the partnerships function.
- Managing a small budget or resource allocation for specific initiatives.

Senior Business Development Manager (from another company)
Roughly 10-15 years total experience, with 3-5 years in a senior BD role leading teams.Skills to master
