- You've managed significant portions of due diligence processes, coordinating with various parties.
- You're comfortable presenting financial analysis and defending your assumptions to senior bankers and clients.

- Full deal lifecycle experience (sourcing, execution, portfolio management), deep sector knowledge, rigorous due diligence, and a strong commercial mindset.
You're ready to move on when
- You've been involved in multiple private equity transactions from initial screening to closing.
- You're adept at identifying and assessing investment opportunities, not just executing on them.
- You have experience with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives.
