- Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate significant deal risks independently.
- Proven track record of building and managing a small team of investment professionals.

VP, Investment Banking / Private Equity
10-15 years in banking/PE, including 3-5 years as VP/PrincipalSkills to master
- Extensive deal execution experience across various industries, strong client relationship management, deep valuation expertise, experience managing junior bankers/associates.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed multiple M&A advisory mandates or private equity investments, demonstrating strong deal execution skills.
- Built and maintained a network of corporate clients or private equity contacts.
- Proven ability to lead due diligence processes and negotiate deal terms effectively.
- Strong desire to transition from an advisory/investment role to an in-house corporate strategy and investment role.
