- Demonstrates a solid understanding of core BPO operational metrics and challenges.

Operations Analyst / Manager (BPO)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep operational knowledge of a specific BPO service line, managing small teams or workstreams, understanding client contractual obligations (SLAs/OLAs), basic process mapping and efficiency identification.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed a team or a critical operational function within a BPO.
- Proven ability to improve operational metrics (e.g., FCR, AHT, quality scores).
- Strong understanding of the 'day-to-day' challenges faced by frontline staff.
- Identifies opportunities for process automation or improvement within their own domain.

- Strong command of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
