- Led at least two major outsourcing transition or transformation programmes end-to-end.
- Consistently received strong feedback on leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence.
- Built and mentored a high-performing team of managers and specialists.

- Translating broad procurement expertise into specific BPO strategic sourcing, deep diving into BPO market dynamics, and building strong operational governance frameworks. You'll need to demonstrate a clear understanding of BPO nuances beyond general procurement.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a multi-category strategic sourcing function with significant spend.
- Led complex commercial negotiations for services (not just goods).
- Demonstrated strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing.

4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Moving from advisory to direct operational accountability, building and leading internal teams, and managing long-term vendor relationships rather than project-based engagements. You'll need to show you can 'do' as well as 'advise'.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple BPO strategy or implementation projects for large clients.
- Developed deep expertise in BPO market trends, vendor capabilities, and operational best practices.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level clients and drive change.
- Strong project management and delivery track record.
