Aimed at senior professionals, the Level 7 Diploma in Senior Strategic Manufacturing and Production Management focuses on advanced business management principles. Learners will explore senior strategic business research and change management. Business innovation, entrepreneurship, logistics, transport, and manufacturing principles are also covered.
