- The centre assesses, and Chartered Institute of Building awards. A qualified assessor at the centre judges your evidence, and the certificate comes from Chartered Institute of Building.
This certificate develops knowledge of fire safety management within the construction industry. It covers fire safety legislation, building safety management, and fire behaviour in high-risk buildings. It is intended for those in a construction management role.
These are the units Chartered Institute of Building registers against this qualification. It is a catalogue, not a syllabus. Which of them you take depends on the combination the qualification requires, and that is set by the awarding body rather than by us. Every unit here is regulated.
