- Managed a team of 3+ sustainability professionals for at least 3 years.

Senior Consultant, ESG / Sustainability (External Hire)
Coming from a leading sustainability consulting firm (typically 10-15 years total experience)Skills to master
- You'd bring deep expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, and materiality assessments, having advised multiple clients. The transition requires demonstrating an ability to shift from an advisory role to an in-house leadership position, with direct P&L and people management responsibilities.

- Led multiple client engagements on ESG strategy or reporting.
