- Applying theoretical EHS knowledge to practical operational scenarios, understanding company-specific EHS systems and procedures, building relationships with operational teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong academic performance in EHS-related modules.
- Completed relevant EHS internships or project work.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for hands-on EHS work in an industrial setting.
- Quickly picks up new systems and processes.

Frontline Operational Role (e.g., Production Operative, Warehouse Assistant)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of operational hazards, practical application of safety procedures, peer influence, basic incident observation and reporting.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently adheres to safety protocols and encourages others to do so.
- Actively participates in safety committees or initiatives.
- Identifies and reports near-misses and hazards regularly.
- Shows a desire to learn the administrative and regulatory aspects of EHS.
