5-7 years in a similar finance business partnering role (e.g., Sales Finance, Operations Finance)Skills to master
- You'd need to quickly get up to speed on marketing-specific metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV), channel dynamics, and the nuances of marketing spend. Your core finance and leadership skills would be transferable.

- Demonstrated success in a similar business partnering role, with strong stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new industry/departmental specifics.

4-6 years as an FP&A Manager in a broader corporate finance teamSkills to master
