You're ready to move on when
- You're already leading significant sections of the annual planning cycle independently.
- You're the go-to person for complex model troubleshooting or scenario analysis.
- You've successfully presented planning insights to VPs or Directors.
- You've informally mentored new joiners and helped them get up to speed.

From Marketing Operations Manager (External)
8-10 years in Marketing Operations, with a strong focus on planning and analytics.Skills to master
- Robust understanding of the marketing tech stack, experience with process design and optimisation, strong data literacy, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
You're ready to move on when
- You've owned the marketing budget management process in your previous role.
- You've built and managed marketing dashboards for senior leadership.
- You've successfully implemented new tools or processes to improve marketing efficiency.
- You're comfortable bridging the gap between marketing execution and strategic planning.

From Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (External)
8-12 years in FP&A, ideally with exposure to marketing or sales finance.Skills to master
- Exceptional financial modelling skills, deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles, strong analytical rigour, and experience presenting to executive leadership.
You're ready to move on when
- You've managed multi-million-pound budgets and forecasts.
- You're an expert in Anaplan or similar enterprise planning software.
- You've worked closely with business units to translate financial targets into operational plans.
- You're keen to apply your financial acumen specifically within a marketing context.
