The scoreboard, honestly: the hard targets, how often each one is actually looked at,
and the quiet human signals that never make it onto a dashboard.
Asset Request SLA Adherence
The percentage of asset requests you process and fulfil within our agreed service level agreement (SLA) timeframe.
Target · 95% or higherIf you get 50 requests in a month, you should aim to complete at least 48 of them within the 24-hour window. Missing one or two is okay, but consistently missing them tells us something's up.
DAM Asset Tagging Accuracy
The accuracy of metadata and tags you apply when uploading new assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Target · 98% accuracyWhen we audit 100 assets you've uploaded, we'd expect no more than two to have incorrect or missing tags like 'campaign name', 'region', or 'usage rights'.
Project Task Completion Rate
The percentage of assigned tasks within our project management tool (e.g., Asana) that you mark as complete and on time.
Target · 90% or higherIf you have 10 tasks assigned for the week, we'd expect you to complete 9 or 10 of them by Friday. We understand things come up, but consistent completion is key.
File Organisation & Version Control
How well you maintain organised files and ensure correct version control for assets you handle.
Target · Zero critical errors (e.g., wrong version sent to print)You send 'CampaignX_Banner_DE_v3_FINAL.ai' to the German team, and it's actually the correct, approved, final version. Not 'v2' or the English one.
Proactive Learning & Initiative
How quickly you pick up new processes, ask clarifying questions, and show initiative in solving small problems before escalating.
- You'll ask 'how can I help?' instead of waiting to be told. You'll take notes during training and refer to them. You'll spot a small issue and try to fix it or suggest a solution before bringing it to your manager. You're not afraid to admit when you don't know something, but you'll also show you've tried to find the answer first.
Team Collaboration & Support
Your willingness to support your immediate team and regional marketing colleagues, being a helpful and approachable point of contact.
- Regional teams will give positive feedback about your helpfulness. You'll offer to assist colleagues when your own tasks are complete. You'll respond promptly and politely to internal queries, even if it's just to say 'I'm looking into it for you'.
Adherence to Brand Guidelines
Your understanding and application of our brand guidelines in your daily tasks, ensuring all assets you handle are 'on-brand'.
- You'll be able to explain *why* certain brand rules exist. You'll spot minor 'off-brand' elements in assets you're reviewing or preparing. Your manager won't need to constantly correct your understanding of the guidelines. You'll use the correct logo lockups and colour palettes instinctively.
Communication Clarity
How clearly and concisely you communicate updates, questions, and information, especially when dealing with different regional teams.
- Your emails are easy to understand, even for non-native English speakers. You'll summarise key points effectively. You'll ask clear questions to get the information you need, avoiding back-and-forth confusion. You'll get to the point without waffle, which busy regional teams really appreciate.
