You're ready to move on when
- Consistently achieving high accuracy rates on all tasks.
- Requiring minimal supervision for routine order processing and quote generation.
- Proactively identifying and reporting minor discrepancies or issues.
- Demonstrating a solid grasp of our key systems (Salesforce, SAP, CPQ).

Domestic Sales Support Specialist
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Strong command of the full Quote-to-Cash process (domestically), excellent CRM/ERP skills, managing customer inquiries, and supporting a busy sales team. The international element would be the main new learning curve.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of sales support requests efficiently.
- Deep expertise in a CRM and ERP system, even if it's not our specific ones.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve common sales operational issues.
- Demonstrated interest in international business or global trade, perhaps through personal study or previous exposure.

Logistics or Trade Compliance Administrator
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Expertise in shipping documentation, customs procedures, export/import regulations, and working with freight forwarders. This path would require learning the sales-specific aspects and customer-facing communication.
You're ready to move on when
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and export/import documentation.
- Experience with denied party screening or similar compliance checks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for regulatory adherence.
- A desire to move into a more customer- and sales-facing operational role.
