3-5 years leading a specific HR functionSkills to master
- Expertise in a specific HR domain (e.g., global recruitment strategy, executive compensation design, change management methodologies), managing a functional team, vendor management, budget ownership for their function.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully built and scaled a functional HR programme or team.
- Recognised as an expert in their specific HR domain, both internally and externally.
- Consistently met or exceeded functional KPIs and delivered strong ROI on programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and vendor relationships.

7-10 years in HR consulting, with focus on strategic HRSkills to master
- Client relationship management, project management for large-scale HR transformations, strategic problem-solving across diverse industries, strong presentation and influencing skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully delivered multiple strategic HR consulting engagements for senior clients.
- Developed a reputation for thought leadership in specific HR areas.
- Proven ability to quickly understand new business contexts and apply HR best practices.
- Strong network within the HR and business community.
