4-6 years in a Facilities Operations Manager role, then a lateral move or internal promotion.Skills to master

You'd also need to build a strong understanding of IWMS systems from a strategic perspective.

5-7 years as a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.Skills to master
- You'd bring a broad perspective on industry best practices, but you'd need to get deeply familiar with our specific company culture, systems, and internal politics. The key is translating external consulting experience into practical, implementable internal solutions and building credibility quickly.
