- Proactively helps new team members or answers their questions without being asked.
- Has taken on informal leadership roles in team projects or initiatives.

4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in various fraud typologies, strong analytical skills to identify patterns, experience with fraud detection systems, and effective communication of fraud risks. You'll need to show you can spot the bad guys.

- Has successfully investigated and mitigated complex fraud schemes.
- Can articulate the trade-offs between fraud prevention and customer friction.
- Is comfortable working with large datasets to identify suspicious activity.

5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Mastery of collections strategies, deep knowledge of FDCPA and other relevant regulations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with different delinquency stages. You'll need to show you can recover funds compliantly.

- Consistently meets or exceeds collections targets for difficult accounts.
- Demonstrates excellent de-escalation skills with distressed customers.
- Has a strong grasp of legal and regulatory requirements in collections.
- Has helped to refine collections processes or scripts.
